- Enter the Institute of Public Administration website and then click on (E-Services).
- Click on (Applying for Preparatory Programs for High School Diploma Holders).
- Click on (Start Service).
- Click on (New applicant registration).
- Click on (Type of Submission).
- View the procedures and instructions for registration in the institute's preparatory programs for high school diploma holders and agree to the undertaking.
- Complete the applicant's national address information.
- Specify desires for the branch and program.
- Complete the personal contact information: email and mobile number.
- Confirm the entered data, then print the registration form, and you will receive the login data on the portal: user name and password, and thus you have completed the registration process successfully.
- The applicant must be a Saudi national, or a non-Saudi with a Saudi mother.
- Must have a high school diploma (Department of Natural Sciences - Department of Administrative and Social Sciences - Department of Sharia Sciences), or scientific institutes according to the conditions of each program. Those who hold an industrial or agricultural secondary certificate, institute for preparing observers, sewing institute, or health institutes are not accepted.
- The applicant must be a high school graduate, and his age should not exceed (25 years).
- Performing the aptitude test and achievement test conducted by the National Center for Measurement and Evaluation, for all preparatory programs directed to the high school holders offered by the Institute.
- If the applicant has previously joined the specialization programs and he was excluded from the institute, it is required that he has spent at least one year from the date of his exclusion due to absence.
