Receiving Citizen Petitions

The service allows receiving citizens’ petitions via internal e-mail through a form to be filled out by citizens through the council’s external portal, and then filling out the database, dealing with the petitions, reviewing and sending them to the authorized person, and taking a serial number after approving their study, to be sent to the competent committee via the app.
  • Enter the Shura Council website, and click (Submit a Petition).
  • Log in to the National Single Sign-On Service.
  • Fill out the petition form and submit it.
