- Enter the year in accordance with the establishment s calendar.
- Click on(Search).
- A list of records and information will appear before you, including subscription number, facility name, year, total and status).
- To view more details, select the record you want then click on (View).
- You can now download the record in PDF format.
- Enter the annual wages for subscribers whose wages require a change in advance.
