Suggestions & Complaints through the "Altakhassusi" Portal

King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center

An e-service that enables the patient to submit his comments and complaints about the health services provided by the hospital, which helps in improving their quality. The service also allows the patient to follow up on the measures and concrete steps that have been taken in light of his observations.

  • Click on the "Access to Service " to go to Altakhassusi page.
  • If you are already registered in Altakhassusi, enter your username, and password to log in.
  • If you are a new user, please click on the (New User) option and register.
  • Click on the icon (Help ?) at the top right corner of the app, or click on the "Altakhassusi Feedback Center Icon” on the right bottom corner if you are using the website.
  • Click on " Post a Suggestion”, “Register a Complaint”,  or “Make a Request”.
  • Select the Hospital (Riyadh/Jeddah/Madinah), write down your suggestion /complaint in the comments box, and then click " Send".
  • The user must have an active medical file in the hospital.
