An e-service provided by the Public Security Department, , which enables the institutions and companies that sell the lease to own vehicles to reserve transferring vehicle ownership.
  • Logging in to (Tam) system by the company or institution.
  • Select the reservation to transfer ownership of the vehicle.
  • Enter the number of the plate and vehicles registration type.
  • The transfer of ownership of the vehicle is reserved and it can not be transferred until the institution or company cancels the reservation.
