• Log in to the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation website.
• Access Rayat portal.
• Choose the trainees tab and the trainees self-service icon.
• Log in to the training account.
• Select the service under the name of (Request from Student to Visit Another College).
• Complete the details of the request.

• Trainee should be apply to visit another college before the start of the training semester.
• Trainee should be attending a training semester.
• Availability of suitable major at the college where he wants to visit.
