• Access the portal of the Ministry of the Interior (Absher).
• Access the e-traffic services.
• Select (Adding a user to a vehicle).
• Select the type of user (actual user of the vehicle).
• Register the actual users identity.
• The request will be sent to the actual user and notified by text message.
• The actual user accesses the portal and approves or rejects the request.
