An e-service provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs through the Ministry's electronic visa services website, which enables applicants to request approval for two categories of visits to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The first category, known as ‘Individual’ visits, covers all visa services aimed at individuals based abroad looking to work in the kingdom, while the second category, known as ‘Sectors and Organizations’ visits, covers visa applications focused on entry services related to authorized agents and companies for Saudi missions abroad.

Customer support

  • Login to the ENJAZ website.
  • Choose (Individuals).
  • Choose (Application for Visa from Saudi Missions Abroad).
  • Click on (Register) to create a new account (if you do not already have an account) and provide the required information.
  • Once you have registered, fill out the application form in ‘block letters’ and upload your photo.
  • Select the correct visa type that is in line with your work invitation and the appropriate Saudi mission to which your invitation is being sent.
  • Once you have submitted your application, make the payment for your requested visa ensuring that the payment is aligned with the accepted payment methods.
  • Print your Enjaz application form and attach it to the package before sharing it with the Consular Section.
  • A valid original passport of a minimum of six months with at least two successive empty visa slots must be provided.
  • Digital power of attorney from the Saudi employer generated by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  • Visa Referral Note specifying the number and date of the visa issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (or either of its branches in Jeddah or Dammam).
  • An original letter from the Saudi company providing sponsorship to the applicant. This letter must be certified by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The letter must contain the following: Name of Applicant, Date, Position, Block Visa Number. (Please note: If you are submitting the letter through an embassy approved service agency, the letter should include indicators of authorization from the agency to finalize the visa requirements.).
  • You must provide a copy of the employment contract. This must be signed by the sponsor and the applicant and must be certified by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  • You must provide a certified and notarized copy of the applicant’s university degree/diploma, authenticated by the Saudi Cultural Mission. (Tel. (703) 573-7226 or (571) 327-2522).
  • You must provide a certified and notarized copy training or technical diploma. If the academic institution is outside the United States, the diploma must be certified by the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission and the Saudi Arabian Embassy in the country of issuing.
  • If the academic intuition is in the United States, it must be authenticated by the U.S. Department of State and must be notarized by a Saudi Arabian Consulate in the United States. (Notarization fee is $8.00 per page, payable to The Embassy of Saudi Arabia. (cash and personal checks are not accepted).
  • You must provide three copies of a medical report along with the lab results and three passport sized colored photographs on a white background. (Please note: Each copy of the medical report must be issued and signed by a licensed physician and must include their license number and address. The medical report must be no more than three months past the date of issuance).
  • Police report issued within 6 months prior to the date of application, highlighting any information about the applicant’s criminal record, if any.
