Entering Various Health Care Services
Agricultural Development Fund
An e-service provided by the General Organization for Social Insurance, which enables beneficiaries to enter the health care services that are not included in the approved price list.
- Visit the General Organization for Social Insurance website.
- Select (Register) from the top of the page.
- Select As a Hospital, the enter the subscribers hospital registration number.
- Click (Enter Treatment Periods).
- Click on the (Click Here) icon to add a new period.
- Choose the type of treatment.
- Enter the start and end dates.
- Click (Add) and then add the medical report.
- Select your injury status.
- Click (Save) and a screen will appear to confirm the insert of the treatments added.
- Proof of treatment period in the same treatment entity.
