This service allows you to report any change in your status or the status of one of the other users. It will require from you to upload documents in order to ensure the continuation of the monthly benefit payment.
- Access the Public Pension Agency’s website.
- Log in via the e-services or single sign-on.
- Select (Changing the User’s Status) from the list.
- Review the change status according to what has been retrieved from the relevant agencies.
- Submit your request.
