  • Log in to the Absher platform portal.
  • (Select from Civil Affairs list (Reporting of lost documents.
  • Complete the necessary steps. Indicate whether the document is lost or stolen.
  • Make an appointment for filing a request for issuing of a duplicate to a lost or stolen document.
  • Online reporting should include the following documents:
  • ID number.
  • Family Register.
  • Birth Certificate.
  • Death Certificate.
  • Attaching form No. 58 from Civil Affairs Agency.
  • After confirming the report, it cannot be canceled via Absher.
