- Select ‘Individuals’ and login to Absher.
- Select ‘E-services’ then click on ‘Workers Services’.
- Select ‘Issuing of Final Exit Visa for Non Iqama’.
- Fill in the required information.
- Select the individual for whom you would like to issue the final exit visa.
- Click ‘Issue Final Exit Visa’.
- Payment of all traffic violations for the individual, worker or employer to be issued.
- The individual to whom the visa is to be issued must be present in Saudi Arabia when the visa is issued.
- The validity of the passport of the individual for whom the visa is to be issued should be 90 days or more for exit and re-entry.
- Validity of residence of the individual to whom the visa is to be issued.
- The fingerprint of the individual to whom the visa is to be issued (for males and females between 15 years and older).
