A new service intended for male and female citizens of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia allows them to issue a national identity card, considering the following procedures and pre-conditions. Once the process is completed, the national identity card will be delivered to the applicant's national address.

- Select “my services
- Select “Civil Affairs”
- After submission, you will be notified of the status of your request.
- After the card is issued, it will be sent to your National address.
- Electronic identification by one of the applicant's parents if the applicant s age below 15 years.
