This service enables receiving and processing reports on deviations to the telecommunications system. CIT Commission studies and verifies the reported violation and takes necessary action.
- Login to the Communications and Information Technology Commission s portal.
- Click on (E-Services) that appears at the top of the main page.
- Select (Complaints) from the e-services offered.
- Select (Communication Complaints) and start the service.
- Fill out the complaint form that appears in front of you.
- The complaint will be processed, and you will be informed.
- Verify the outcome of the complaint s handling, and escalate it to the CITC.
