  • Click on (E-Services) that appears at the top of the main page.
  • Select (Complaints) from the e-services offered.
  • Select (Communication Complaints) and start the service.
  • Fill out the complaint form that appears in front of you.
  • The complaint will be processed, and you will be informed.
  • Verify the outcome of the complaint s handling, and escalate it to the CITC.
  • No requirements
  • For individuals: copy of the ID, contact number, details of the communication.
  • For companies and government agencies: Communication details.
