An e-service provided by the Human Resources Development Fund, which aims to increase the national workforce through specialized training and qualification to work in the private sector, and to make contracs with the excellent training institutions licensed to accomplish training programs directly with the Fund.

- Enter the Human Resources Development Fund website.
- Apply to the program.
- Complete all the required documents related to the program, including entrance exams and personal interviews.
- You will be notified of the admission results after the fund has approved it.
- Keep the original copy until you graduate from the program.
- Adhere to the terms of the support agreement signed in accordance with the fund.
- The applicant must be available for training and must not be working for any governmental.
- The applicant must not have been previously supported by the fund’s Support program.
- The applicant must meet the conditions of admission for the training institution.
- The applicant must not be a regular student in any educational or Training institution.
- The applicant must not be the owner of an establishment or have a commercial register.
- The applicant must submit an application for enrollment directly to the training institutions announced on the fund’s website.
