- Log in to the tourism activities platform and apply on the online system.
- Agree to the terms and conditions.
- Choose the commercial registry, enter the license number, and choose the activity category.
- Enter personal information.
- Attach the trademark and office photos.
- Pay the fee.
- The license is issued and printed online.
- To be a Saudi national, whether he is a natural or legal person and whether he is male or female, or a foreign investor who has obtained a valid license, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
- The natural person must be fully qualified. Otherwise, his representative must obtain legal permission from the competent authority.
- He should not have been convicted of a crime involving dishonor or trust, unless he has been rehabilitated.
- Obtaining licenses and approvals from the municipalities, the commercial registry, the civil defense, and other relevant authorities.
- The presence of a trademark of the office registered and approved by the Ministry of Commerce.
- Pay off fines and fines, if any.
- Preparing the office site, and providing photographs showing the readiness of the office from inside and outside, indicating the outer plate corresponding to the trade name in the commercial register.
- Register the national address in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
