- Log in to the tourist accommodation permits portal.
- Submit the request.
- You will be notified with the transaction number to proceed.
- A normal person shall be eligible.
- The representative must have not a legal permission.
- To be a normal and moral Saudi national person, or A licensed foreigner. Must be entitled to practice the activity according to the applicable regulations.
- Should be the owner of the land with a valid legal instrument or lease agreement.
- To be the owner of the land under a valid legal document or lease agreement.
- Must be committed to the preparation of rules for the reservation of rooms and accommodation and to present it in a visible place.
- To comply with the (Saudization) Plan provided by the Authority.
- Fill out the commitment to abide by the security instructions.
- Complete a statement to comply with providing a price list for staying in the hotel services and other hotel services in each room.
- Documenting guest records and cards without being photocopied, Facilities shall be linked to (Shumous) security system.
