• The individual must submit the report through the Authority's website only • The individual must submit the report within (2) calendar days, starting from the date of the violation, in order for the authority to take an appropriate action. • In order to protect the personal interest of the individual, the Authority ensures that the identity of the individual is not disclosed, unless the law provides otherwise. • The individual must provide all necessary information and evidence supporting the report: o Individual information: name - ID number - mobile number - e-mail. o Report information: according to the list of types of violations issued by the authority o Date, time, name,and address, of the site where the violation accured o Report details: All detailed information of the violation must be submitted with evidence, for example, a copy of any supporting documents, a photo, or a video showing the occurrence of the violation (if necessary). • The investor must provide requested information within (3) calendar days
