Go to “tvtc.gov.sa" Under “TVTC Portals", select “Rayat Portal" Scroll down, beside “E-Services" section, click “View all" In “Trainees" Tab, select “Trainees' Self Registration"
Trainee must have final admission. Trainee must have a registered “Trainee ID " in the SIS
