Requests From Government and Judicial Entities Registered Through the Platform

It is a service provided by the Capital Market Authority, starting with the submission of their applications by the beneficiary government or judicial entities such as: the Ministry of Finance or the Bankruptcy Commission, through the Authority's website, and the result of the request is inquired through the website, which includes but is not limited to: requests for disclosure, seizure, lifting of attachment, and execution. It is worth noting that the Authority is currently working on completing the necessary procedures to activate this service with the concerned government and judicial agencies.
