1. Completing the application for issuing the License for Trading of Military Articles or Services through the portal. 2. Valid commercial register for the applicant 3. Articles of Association or Statute of the applicant 4. Investment license issued by the General Investment Authority (SAGIA) in case of foreign investor. 5. A letter issued by the manufacturer regarding the issue of appointing the applicant as its certified distributor or agent inside the Kingdom (in case of certified distributor or agent) 6. Governing Body Resolution issued by the applicant or owners board of directors in relation to individual establishments in the form specified by the Authority identifying the activities to be licensed, approving the provision of license application and contents, identifying the authorized persons on behalf of the applicant and obligating the applicant to acknowledge the understanding of laws, regulations and obligations resulting from activity exercise. 7. A list of information of controllers and copies of their national identities or passports (for non-Saudis) If any of the partners is a company, a copy of the commercial registration shall be attached. 8. Organizational structure of the applicant including administrative sequence or organizational figure indicating the jobs sequence, administrative relations and relations between individuals as well as indicating power and responsibility lines of the applicant. 9. Receipt of payment of financial compensation of reviewing the application. 10. Paying the financial compensation for issuing the license after issuance of the Authoritys approval on license issuance.
