Click on the login icon through the university website. ,The student will be transferred to the Single Sign-On Portal for e-Services. ,Login with username (university student number) and password (ID number or residence number). ,Click on the Order Management System icon. ,Click the New Order icon. ,Select the service of: Application for Field and Practical Training. ,Fill in the required fields. ,Submit request. ,You will receive a text message on your mobile number with your order number. ,You can follow the procedures on the application through the Order Tracking page and when you are finished you will receive a text message with the execution of the request.
