The service allows you to submit an apology for studying, which means Suspension of study for a specified period of time allowed by the list of studies and tests according to the academic program, whether bachelor or graduate, after the registration of courses.

Single Sign-On with Student Number. ,Register your user name and password. ,Click on the academic system icon. ,Enter academic movements. The Movement type is: (apology - postponement). ,Enter the reason: (family circumstance - health conditions - special emergency conditions - other). ,The Completing the Study Apology screen will appear and to complete the process click on the Save icon. ,The application is under procedure until the approval of the dean.
Be a regular student. ,Should not have previously asked to apologize in advance. ,The apology should not exceed two years.
