- Click Submit Request.
- Fill in the request details, and then press (Send).
- You will receive a text message containing the order information.
- Administrators process the request and contact you.
- You can inquire about the created requests by clicking on (My Requests).
- In the (My Requests) field, all requests related to the user appear according to the type of request (complaints, suggestions, reports).
