Such service allows any Saudi citizen to submit withdrawal request for adding a previous service subject to the social insurance system after approving the request to include it in his last services subject to the retirement system while showing the period to be rescinded.

- Go to the website of the General Organization for Social Insurance.
- Go to the "Services" section.
- Select "Individual Services".
- Choose "Military and Civil Retirement".
- Clicking on the “Request to withdraw from joining a service according to the exchange of benefits” icon from the list of requests.
- View the instructions and conditions, then click on "Continue".
- Approval of the declaration and clicking on the “Submit Application” button.
- The request must be submitted by the same person.
- To submit a request for renunciation before the retirement dues are paid.
- Existence of a request for annexation according to a previous system of exchange of benefits.
- There is no annexation request under procedure.
- The date of the joinder request must be prior to the date of the renunciation of the joinder
