Change Beneficiary Status

The service allows customers to report any change in the status of the beneficiary electronically, while verifying the validity of the report through the electronic link with the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Justice. This service contributes to preserving the rights of beneficiaries and ensuring the continuation of the monthly entitlement payment.

Go to the General Organization for Social Insurance website or application Go to the "Services" section Choose "Individual Services" Choose "Military and Civil Retirement" Click on the "Change Beneficiary Status" icon from the list of side requests. Review the terms and conditions, then click "Continue". Choose the type of status to be updated. Fill in the required data. Agree to the approval and click on “Submit Application”.
The applicant must be a designated beneficiary who has a share of a retirement pension, or a payer for a designated beneficiary who has a share of a retirement pension.
