Customer support

Log in to the establishment's account through the "My Insurance Online" platform. Choose the facility. Through the establishment file, click on the "Subscribers" icon. Selecting the subscriber to whom a contract is to be added, and it can be searched for by the national identity number. Through the subscriber's file, pressing options (three dots), then selecting "Add Contract". Complete and submit the contract information. The contract will be sent to the subscriber for acceptance or rejection, and the subscriber has a period of 7 days. If no action is taken, the contract will be canceled automatically.​
