This service allows virtual visit and communicating with the customer service employee via video call with the feature of uploading the required files and documents directly through the session and sharing the screen for the competent employee to implement the required with easiness. The service also provides the ability to speak sign language for people with special needs (deaf and dumb).

1. Enter service by clicking on the “Start Service”. 2. Fill in the personal data and then choose "Send" 3. Go to the waiting page and display the expected waiting time. 4. The customer can end the call by clicking on the “end call” icon before entering the employee.
