This service allows to follow up on the transactions and requests submitted to the institution through the service and communication channels: service centers - the electronic portal - the institution's application for smart devices. Transaction: Any transaction related to the contributor, retired, or beneficiaries, on the basis of which the retirement pension is disbursed. Request: Any request submitted through communication channels (e-services portal, customer care, pensioners’ grievances, call center).​

Go to the General Organization for Social Insurance website or application Go to the "Services" section Choose "Individual Services" choose "retirement" Click on the "Track Orders" icon. Choose the "Follow-up Orders" service from the side menu. The last orders and their status will be shown. - This service can be completed through branches
