  1. Go to the website of the General Organization for Social Insurance
  2. Go to the "Services" section
  3. Choose "Individual Services"
  4. Choose "Insurances"
  5. Click on the "Customer Care" icon.
  6. Enter the service by clicking on the "Start Service" button.
  7. Click on the "Complaint" icon
  8. Enter the information of the applicant and click on the “Complete” button.
