This service allows the customer to submit a grievance against the decisions issued by the General Organization for Social Insurance in the field of implementing the civil and military retirement systems and other related . .systems and the decisions of the Board of Directors in this regard. The service aims to receive and verify customer grievances electronically, and to apply the system to them according to correctness.​

Customer support

  1. ​Log in via e-services or NSSO.
  2. Select the “grievance” service from the list of requests.
  3. Review the instructions and conditions, then click "Continue".
  4. Answer the questions to verify compliance with the terms and conditions, then click "Continue".
  5. Adding the content of the grievance and approve the acknowledgment.
  6. Click on “Submit an Application.”​
