Such service allows each subscriber who works in a job, subject to the civil or military retirement systems, to submit a request to combine his previous service subject to the same system for which he was previously compensated with a reward for one time within a maximum period of one year from the date of his return to the current job.

Go to the General Organization for Social Insurance website or application Go to the "Services" section - Select "Individual Services" Choose "Military and Civil Retirement" Define customer type as "Visitor". Click on the "Governmental Annexation Request" icon from the list of requests. Review the terms and conditions, then click "Continue". Enter the required data and click on the "Submit Application" button.
The applicant must be a Saudi national and still in government work (civilian or military) at the present time. That he has a government service previously compensated by the institution. The applicant must submit an application for joining during the first year of reinstatement, and the date of first submission is the applicable date for joining the service. Return what was spent on the previous service in one payment or instalments.
