Immediate Transfer of Ownership of a Building Permit

A service that allows transferring the ownership of a building permit to the new owner.
- - Enter the Balady portal through the unified access (Absher).
- - Determine the type of owner and applicant.
- - Enter the building permit number (the license number in my country) to be transferred.
- - Enter the new updated instrument number at the Ministry of Justice.
- - Enter building type data.
- - Choose the engineering office.
- - Send the request to the engineering office.
- - The engineering office completes the data and prepares the report.
- - The secretariat will approve the report.
- The presence of an updated deed for the new owner.
- The applicant must have a contract with an engineering office.
- The applicant must pay the service fee.
