- Enter the Balady portal through the unified access (Absher).
- Determine the type of owner and applicant.
- Choose the building permit or survey decision to obtain a permit to correct the status of an existing building.
- Choose the engineering office.
- Send the request to the engineering office.
- The engineering office completes the data and prepares the required drawings.
- The Secretariat calculates the fines and penalties.
- A payment invoice is issued.
- After paying the fees, the license is issued and can be printed.
- The applicant must have a building permit.
- The applicant must have a contract with an engineering office.
- The applicant must pay the service fee.
