- Choose the type of license (construction license - fencing license).
- Identification of the owner and applicant.
- Choose the cadastral resolution for which a building permit or fencing permit is to be obtained.
- Fill in the required data to be sent to the engineering office.
- After paying the fees, the license is issued and can be printed.
- An updated electronic deed from the Ministry of Justice, a housing contract or an investment contract must be provided.
- The existence of a survey decision (for the purpose of construction).
- The applicant must have a contract with a designer engineering office.
- The applicant must have a contract with a supervising engineering office and building contractor, insurance against hidden defects of the building after issuing the license.
