- Submit the application in the Baladi platform by the worker or the representative of the facility.
- Verify the license of the shop and the profession of the worker according to the procedures of the Secretariat.
- Conduct a medical examination for the worker at the Ministry of Health.
- Pass the health education according to the procedures of the Secretariat.
- Pay the fees.
- Print the worker's health certificate.
