Report on Construction Land Suitability

This service allows the user to request a report about the land suitability in order to know if it meets the constructional requirements and it is suitable for school or hospital construction.
  • The owner or the authorized agent should log in to Baladi portal.
  • Select Construction Permits Service.
  • Select Report on Construction Land Suitability.
  • Choose the required Secretariat and Municipality.
  • Enter the location and the street name.
  • Select the activity and attach a copy of the deed.
  • Enter the reason for requesting the report.
  • The application data and attachments will be verified by the Municipality.
  • If the request is approved, the report will be uploaded on Baladi Portal.
