This service allows collecting fees of the accommodation facilities, which is calculated as a percentage of the rent of the housing unit for each night occupied. The fee is collected from the guest by adding the fee to the invoice, and then the representative of the facility will enter the value of the units for guests via the system of collecting the fees. After that, the Secretariat will issue an invoice of the amount due on a monthly basis to be paid via SADAD.
- The accommodation facilities representative (owner or an authorized representative) log in to the accommodation facilities platform by using her/his personal information: (username and password) that are used in Absher.
- The facility representative should register his/her accommodation facility by selecting "Create a Hotel" option, and he/she can create users accounts via the "Manage Users" option in the Administration list.
- The representative of the accommodation facility should enter the value of the units to the guests and manages the occupancy through the platform.
- The Secretariat will issue an invoice of the amount due on a monthly basis to be paid via SADAD.
