This service enables the user to submit a request for e-conveyance to transfer property from one party to another. The applicant could be representing himself/herself, agent or representative of agency. It also allows the seller to create and cancel the request and the buyer to accept or reject the request.

Customer support

  • Log in to the Unified National Access service.
  • To create a request, click "New Request".
  • Select one of the real estate deeds from the list. Note that only real estate deeds that comply with the terms and conditions of the service are displayed.
  • Accept the real estate instrument.
  • View seller information.
  • Fill in the seller's bank account (IBAN) number, transaction information, and the buyer information.
  • The real estate tax reference number (application number) will be verified.
  • Review the request’s information.
  • The request will be approved.

  • Verify the real estate tax reference number provided by the General Authority for Zakat and Tax.
  • The parties pledge that the information provided is correct, and if it is found otherwise, the concerned authorities are entitled to take legal and statutory measures.
  • The process will be canceled automatically if the request is not accepted by the buyer within three days.
  • The maximum limit for the real estate transaction is 20 million Saudi Riyals.
  • The minimum limit for the real estate transaction is one thousand Saudi Riyals.
  • The Unified National Access service must be used to log in to the service.
  • When a request is created for transferring ownership of property, the deed is suspended until the process is completed or canceled.
  • The seller cannot cancel the request when the buyer has accepted it.
  • All parties must have an active account in Absher Platform.
  • Applicants must not be under 18 years.
  • If there is no compliance with the terms and conditions, the user of the service shall bear the legal implications of his/her action, which may include invalidity of real estate disposition.
