- Select mortgages and real estate Services
- Select "Mortgages and Real Estate"
- Select the " transfer of property deed electronically " service
- click on the "Submit a New Request" icon
- The Seller (owner) shall visit the portal for real estate transfer service
- Determine the desired property from the list
- Insert the Seller's bank account
- The request status can be tracked through the real estate list via the request reference number
- The transfer request shall be approved after the buyer visits the real estate list, and after 24 hours, the money is transferred to the Seller's account
- The amount will be transferred to the Seller, and the new real estate deed shall be issued to the buyer
- Verify the real estate tax reference number provided by the General Authority for Zakat and Tax.
- The parties pledge that the information provided is correct, and if it is found otherwise, the concerned authorities are entitled to take legal and statutory measures.
- The process will be canceled automatically if the request is not accepted by the buyer within three days.
- The maximum limit for the real estate transaction is 20 million Saudi Riyals.
- The minimum limit for the real estate transaction is one thousand Saudi Riyals.
- The Unified National Access service must be used to log in to the service.
- When a request is created for transferring ownership of property, the deed is suspended until the process is completed or canceled.
- The seller cannot cancel the request when the buyer has accepted it.
- All parties must have an active account in Absher Platform.
- Applicants must not be under 18 years.
- If there is no compliance with the terms and conditions, the user of the service shall bear the legal implications of his/her action, which may include invalidity of real estate disposition.
