Human Resources Development Fund

An e-service provided by the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) in fulfilment of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 dedicated to providing working women with easy transportation services with the intent of empowering and motivating women to venture into private sectors, raising their participation in the labour market by helping them overcome the transportation difficulties that many women in the Kingdom face by providing transportation assistance aimed at cementing their career stability. Hadaf provides financial support in cooperation with taxi directing service providers ensuring high quality and affordable transportation services.

  • To register, visit the Wusool website.
  • Choose (About Program).
  • Click on (Register).
  • You will be redirected to Taqat, The National Labour Gateway.
  • Click on (Our Programs) and select (Wusool).
  • You will be redirected to a new page, click on (Register / New User) in the top-right corner of the webpage.
  • Sign-in by using your Unified National Platform (Absher) Username and Password.
  • You will then receive an OTP via SMS.
  • Once you confirm the OTP, you will then be redirected to a new page where you will be asked to provide your mobile number.
  • You will receive a new OTP via SMS.
  • If you are ineligible, reasons for disqualification will appear.
  • If you are eligible, a page will appear allowing you to specify your home and work location to be shared with service providers.
  • After selecting your home and work location, agree to the Terms and Conditions then click on (Register in the Program).
  • Activation will be activated automatically in the Uber and Careem applications within 24 hours.
    • A confirmation message will be sent to the email address registered in the Taqat program.
  • Applicant must be a Saudi national.
  • Applicant must be between the ages of 18 – 65.
  • Monthly salary including basic salary and housing allowance must be 8,000 SAR or less.
  • Total social insurance contribution must not exceed 36 months during the past 5 years.
