This service provides the appropriate qualification to practice the profession of real estate valuation, which is the process of estimating the value of real estate rights, for a specific asset and a specific purpose at a specific time and for specific users, taking into account all the characteristics and features of the property subject to evaluation, and all the basic economic factors of the market.

- Register in the electronic Qima system.
- Pass the first level of the training track in order to obtain the membership of the Commission, where you can work in one of the establishments licensed to practice the profession of evaluation.
- Complete the remainder of the training path until you obtain the Associate in Real Estate Appraisal Certificate, where you can obtain a license to practice the profession and open your own facility, if the conditions apply to you.
- The applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university, and the general conditions apply to it.
