An e-service provided by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, which allows beneficiaries of the Sustainable Agricultural Rural Development Program (Reef), to register and submit their data to obtain financial support that contributes to the development of their agricultural activities in the various sectors targeted by the program.

  • Create an online account in the Reef program.
  • Enter into the account all the required information and data.
  • Log in to the program.
  • Submit a request for support, and accept the representations and undertakings.
  • After submitting the application: The applicant receives a notification through any of the available means confirming that the application has been submitted.
  • The application is reviewed and the applicant is notified of the result.
  • The applicant must be a Saudi national (male or female), or a holder of a mobility card (male or female).
  • The applicant must be one of the agricultural professions identified by the program, and carry out its tasks by himself, and be a resident of the administrative region covered by the support.
  • The applicant should not hold any job in the public or private sector.
  • The age of the applicant should not be less than 21 years.
  • The applicant's total monthly income should not exceed (6,000) riyals.
  • The total amount of direct subsidies shall not exceed (54,000) riyals annually for all programs.
  • The total number of direct support programs benefited from should not exceed three.
  • Submit proof of eligibility to practice the profession on the farm.
  • Commitment to applying all health and technical requirements approved by the program.
  • The applicant must have an active bank account in his name and registered on the electronic platform.
  • Completing the personal and technical data by registering on the electronic platform designated for this.
  • Raise the support request on the electronic platform after fulfilling the conditions.
  • The duration and value of the subsidy are related to the specific ceiling for each sector.
