This service allows government agencies to submit a request to integrate with the unified national system for government correspondence (Muraslat), which is a platform that aims to link the administrative communication systems in government agencies into one system, as well as allowing them to communicate with each other smoothly and securely to build an integrated platform for exchanging and tracking correspondence and electronic documents in a way that ensures improvement in performance and efficiency.

Customer support

  • Log in to the National Single Sign-On.
  • Kindly upload the files needed for integration, and check the technical readiness of the government agency. File (1) & File (2).
  • Fill out the application form and enter the required data.​
  • The application is received and processed.​
  • ​The agreement is signed, the integration is completed, and the service is activated.​
  • Integration with the Government Secure Network (GSN).
  • The readiness of the government agency’s system according to the requirements in the annexes to step No. (1)​.
  • The presence of the approved coding for the government agency from the National Center for Archives and Records.​
